Not automatically included

Inside refrigerator or oven, interior windows, changing linens, upholstery or furniture vacuuming, wall washing, steam mopping, organizing, laundry help, patios or lanais, garage cleaning, or specialty cleaning. These may be quoted as add-ons.

Includes all applicable Standard items plus vacant-home details. Occupied-home tasks such as beds and furniture do not apply.

Tracks, screens, exterior glass and specialty window cleaning require a separate quote.

1. Rough clean: Construction dust, loose debris and initial surface cleaning during or near the end of construction.
2. Final clean: Detailed dust removal and cleaning of applicable surfaces, cabinets, fixtures, bathrooms, kitchens, doors, trim, baseboards, floors and interior glass.
3. Touch-up clean: After final contractor work or inspections, newly settled dust, fingerprints, smudges, floors and other areas are refreshed before occupancy or turnover.
